I was a passenger on flight 104 from Aerequipa to Lima that returned to Lima because of the the bomb threat. Here are some other details that no other news outlets are reporting.

1. The plane was delayed two hours due to a bird hitting just below the cockpit window. A dent was visible and it took workers two hours to fix the damage. If this had not happened, the plane would have arrived in Lima before the threat.

2. When the plane landed back in Arequipa. We were held like prisoners without any information for five hours with no food or drink for any people.

3. The search was so half assed they hardly checked anyones luggage or carry on bags.

4. I know LAN has issues, but this was ridiculous. The flight was supposed to be at 1, we would have had a 10 hour layover, and only made our flight back to the USA by leaving our luggage in LIma.

5. The seen on the tarmak with SUAT was surreal, backlit by the planes landing gear, truly unforgettable, I was in Isreal 2 years ago during the rocket attacks from lebonon. I have some great luck.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02724842610542734597noreply@blogger.com
